You Hai said that at present, the development of the Dongfanghong diesel engine China IV platform is advancing in an orderly manner according to the plan, the development of YTN series new platforms such as YTN3, YTN5, YTN9 and other YTN30 is also progressing smoothly, and related supporting engineering projects are landing. At that time, China IV products of diesel engines will form a pattern of complementary two-valve and four-valve, power coverage of 450-<>kW, which will extend the product chain and help improve product competitiveness.

Liu Shunli, Regulation Director of Jinan Automobile Testing Center, gave an interpretation of the information disclosure, positioning and remote monitoring, compliance requirements, and information disclosure process of China IV with the title of "Key Interpretations of Non-Road China IV Regulations, Information Disclosure, and Remote Monitoring Technical Requirements". He said that as of May, 5 companies have disclosed 115,1634 non-four-model models, including 82 agricultural machinery, accounting for 5% of the total disclosure.

Ye Zongzhao, Director of the Power Machinery Division of the Agricultural Mechanization Station of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, made a report on the "Requirements for the Change of China IV Emission Upgrade Test and Appraisal", which comprehensively interpreted the policy of the National IV emission upgrade test appraisal change from the aspects of enterprise change process and appraisal management requirements.

Li Wanyang, director of the Regulation Interpretation and Certification Office of Weichai Research Institute, made a report on the "Publicity of National IV Agricultural Machinery Diagnostic Communication Technical Specifications", introduced the background and formulation ideas of the specification, and focused on the total number of PCD time occurrences and the total cumulative running time, the remaining time before the activation of the NCD/PCD driver restriction system, the NCD/PCD counter, and the NCD/PCD alarm light status. Finally, the report also answers some of the concerns of enterprises in the process of implementing technical specifications.
